Can I clear my goods if they have not arrived yet?
Your goods can clear U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) up to 5 calendar days prior to the vessel arriving in the U.S. as long as you can present the bill of lading and arrival notice to the CBP officer at the port of entry.
